Management systems that work in day-to-day operations

You want to meet a standard, or you have to. In most cases it comes down to one of four situations: building a system from scratch, extending an existing one to cover another standard, bridging a vacant officer role when someone drops out or producing evidence that scattered Excel sheets can no longer deliver.

Since 2003 we have supported companies with exactly that: from introducing a standard through internal audits to the database that fits, in Lüneburg, Hamburg and on site across Germany. Not sure? Then talk to someone who has been doing this with passion for more than twenty years. Asking costs nothing, and the first conversation costs no more. Let us talk about it

More than 20 years

Our first clients are still our clients today.

IRCA Lead Auditors

Internationally certified and registered. The registration numbers are published openly on our team page.

13 standards

From ISO 9001 to IATF 16949, including niche standards such as ISO 21469 and ISO/IEC 17025.

Consulting + software

We do not only tell you what the standard requires – we build the solution that produces the evidence.

What are you looking for?

Not sure which of these fits your project? The self-check asks four things and tells you whether we are the right people. Takes a minute, and you give nothing away in the process. Only if you ask for a call back at the end do your contact details reach us.

Which standard applies to you?

Your standard is not among them? Talk to us. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.

How we work

  1. Establish where you stand

We look at what already runs in your company. Much of it meets the standard long since, it is simply not documented as evidence. You receive a written assessment with prioritised actions.

  2. Build or adapt the system

We document what you do anyway and add where the standard asks for more. The aim is the leanest solution that holds, not the most extensive one.

  3. Demonstrate effectiveness

Internal audits, training for everyone involved, preparation for the certification audit. If the evidence trail keeps getting lost in Excel sheets, we build the database that takes it over.

  4. Support you for the long run

Revised standards, new sites, changing customer requirements. That is the part we have been doing for many clients for more than two decades.

You work with us – not with a number

We are a small team at two locations, two people each in Hamburg and in Lüneburg. Marion Rammé and Rüdiger Rammé both advise on standards, management systems and audits, so you always speak to someone who can give you full professional advice. Rüdiger also brings in the software side, Michael Bremer laboratory accreditation.

On tricky questions we confer within the team instead of each solving them alone. If someone drops out, someone else steps in.

For almost every standard we advise on, at least two of us are qualified. Support that still stands in ten years therefore does not depend on one individual here.

Frequently asked questions

What does introducing a management system cost?

Honestly: that depends largely on you. Typical projects range between 10,000 and 50,000 euros. Three factors decide where within that range you end up – the size of your company and the number of sites, the maturity of your existing processes, and the share of the work you take on yourselves. The more you do internally, the cheaper it becomes. In the first conversation we can estimate this fairly precisely after half an hour.

How long does it take to reach certification?

For a company with processes that have grown but were never documented, expect six to twelve months to certification readiness. What decides this is less our pace than your availability. The processes have to come from the people who live them every day.

Do we really need outside consulting?

Not necessarily. If you have someone in house who knows the standard and has the time, you can manage on your own. The most common reason for bringing us in is a different one: anyone building a system for the first time documents far too much, in our experience. That costs you for years in maintenance.

Do you also work outside your region?

Yes. Our head office is in Lüneburg, with a second location in Hamburg. We work across Germany, including where the journey takes longer. Part of the work can be done remotely; audits and plant walk-throughs take place on site.

What happens after certification?

That depends on you. If we train your own people during the build-up so that they can take the system over later, we are glad to bow out again, in the hope that you will recommend us. In practice, staffing levels and cost usually speak against it. Then we stay on board: internal audits, revised standards, new sites, changing customer requirements. Some clients we have supported this way for more than twenty years.

Can you supply the software as well?

Yes, and this is the point where we differ from pure consultancies. If your evidence trail founders on scattered Excel sheets, we build the database or the interface that takes it over, including software validation where the standard requires it.

Let us talk about it

The first conversation is free and without obligation. It usually takes half an hour, and afterwards you know whether we are the right people for you and what to expect. If we are not, we will tell you that too.
